If your body lacks food, you are alerted through a feeling hunger.  If its fluid you need, your body will give you a sensation of thirst.  So too it is with the feeling of depression or anxiety.  In this segment, Rabbi Simon Jacobson addresses what we are lacking when we experience a sense of depression and how we can remedy the situation.
