Rabbi Velvel Lipsker
Rabbi Velvel Lipsker is a spiritual mentor at the Rabbinical College of Greater Miami, where he lectures on Jewish and Chasidic Philosophy. He is a graduate of the Rabbinical College of America, and was ordained by Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu, former Chief Rabbi of Israel. He has traveled to many far flung places throughout the world including Murmansk, Russia (inside the Arctic Circle) Cairns, Australia, and Caracas, Venezuela to teach about Judaism. Rabbi Lipsker is noted for his ability to make the ancient texts relevant and spends many hours “farbrenging” with his students, developing personal connections with them, and often keeps in touch with his students for many years throughout their lives.
