The traditional food of Ashkenazi grandmothers world-over, brisket is a perennial favorite for holidays and family get togethers.  In this segment of "It's Not Your Grandmother's..." Chef Jack Silberstein shows us how to make a flavorful tender brisket using a few fresh, unprocessed ingredients.  Along the way we learn how to make a roux, what they mean when they tell you to "slice against the grain," and how to tell if meat is "fork-tender."  Join us for another yummy installment of the "It's Not Your Grandmother's..." series.
