Are there spiritual lessons to be learned from historical events?  For one who believes that G-d is the Divine Hand controlling all events, the answer is clearly in the affirmative.  As such, we must ask ourselves what lesson can we glean from the period known as "the Three Weeks"?

The "Three Weeks" are a period of time between the 17th of Tammuz and the 9th of Av when the fate of Jerusalem and our Temples quickly deteriorated.  On the 17th of Tammuz, the walls protecting the city of Jerusalem were breached, and on the 9th of Av, our Temple was destroyed.  If every Jew contains a microcosm of Jerusalem within our hearts, how can we protect it from being destroyed?  Join Rabbi Eli Silberstein at the Ivy League Torah Study Experience to find out how.
