Mr. Mark Isaacson delivers an eloquent message of humility at the annual Oholei Torah dinner, February 21, 2010.
Mark Isaacson, a noted investment fund manager and philanthropist, weaves an exceptional personal history with a strong Judaic message - that we must find a path to holiness through our personal struggles and even our failings. Growing up in Northam, MA, Mr. Isaacson suffered both personal antagonism and serious health setbacks, yet channeled his anger to come to a key realization that helped him to not only overcome his negativity but thrive. His personal connections with several of the Gedolei HaDor and with the Lubavitcher Rebbe helped him to both create his inner focus on where he needed to go as a Jew and as a human being, and the the strength and insight to succeed.
