As part of the spreading of knowledge of the Seven Noachide Laws of the Torah for all non-Jews taking place in our generation, this class examines the Noachide origin of business corporations, the main engine of modern economy. It gives a summary of the basic halachot of corporations, and provides a historical overview of their emergence and development since the Reformation in the 16th century. The crucial role of incorporation in the creation of modern Israel is also examined.
