This lesson is part of a 5-part series of classes in a JLI Teens course given in Crown Heights, NY.
Lesson 3 discusses both the importance and difficulty of shifting perspectives when we cannot change reality. While we all live in the same world, what we see depends upon who we are. By training ourselves to see things from another's perspective, we can see the good in a person or situation which on the surface may appear to be negative. This class teaches us the importance of a personal perspective, and shows us how through being able to shift our own perspective we can change our internal reality.
