Our scriptures are filled with rich narratives of characters, both exceedingly virtuous and colorfully otherwise. Are we meant to embrace these descriptions at face value or do we dig more deeply, daring to unearth what may be a far more accurate personality assessment? This lecture will explore the reorientation of “villains and heroes” within the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and shed light on the real meaning of character analysis.
