About Likkutei Sichos

Likkutei Sichos, lit. "Collected Talks," is an anthology of essays by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, relating to the weekly portion of the Torah and special occasions in the Jewish and Hasidic calendar.

Likkutei Sichos contains both the scope and the core of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s teachings, and is the most authoritative source text for the Rebbe's unique, original, and often revolutionary explanation of Judaism.

About Rabbi Yoel Kahn

From the start of the Lubavitcher Rebbe's leadership, Rabbi Yoel Kahn served as the chief chozer, reviewer of the Rebbe’s talks. Reb Yoel would stand near the Rebbe at every gathering and memorize the ideas that the Rebbe spoke. He would then lead a team of students in transcribing, publishing, and disseminating the Rebbe’s teachings. Reb Yoel, as he is affectionately called, is also the author of Sefer Ha'erchim, an encyclopedia of Chabad Chassidut.
